Here’s how to prepare for your next service appointment with Wisdom Appliance Service:
1. Clear the Area Around the Appliance
Make sure the technician has easy access to the appliance. Move laundry baskets, chairs, garbage bins, or anything else that might block the space. A clear work area helps us get the job done quicker and more safely.
2. Describe the Problem in Detail
Think about:
When the issue started
What the appliance is (or isn’t) doing
Any strange noises, smells, or error codes
The more information we have, the faster we can pinpoint the issue.
